We offer bright, renovated double rooms with a modern Mediterranean design, as well as three upper-floor apartments with kitchens in a more traditional style.

How far is the beach?
Ammoudia Beach is just a 5-minute walk from Villa Andreas. Soft sand, calm waters, and plenty of space to relax. The sandy beach is equipped with sunbeds and umbrellas, which can be used for a small fee or in exchange for ordering from the beach cafés.

How do I get there?
The closest airport is Preveza (PVK), about 45 minutes by car from Villa Andreas.

Yes - during the summer months, it’s possible to rent cars or scooters directly in the village, depending on availability

Yes, we offer free on-site parking for our guests - no reservation needed.
Yes - fresh towels, bed linen, and regular cleaning are included during your stay.
At the moment, we do not accommodate pets. Thank you for your understanding.
Yes, each room is equipped with a hairdryer, so you can pack light and still get ready in comfort.
We do not serve breakfast, but every room has a fridge and kettle - and Ammoudia offers lovely cafés just around the corner.
However, guests are welcome to enjoy a full breakfast at Hotel Ammos Bay just around the corner (available for an additional charge).
Right next to our property, you’ll also find a local café offering fresh breakfast, available also for take-away - perfect if you’d like to enjoy your breakfast at your balcony.
There’s also a supermarket, in case you’d like to prepare something simple yourself.
Last but not least: Along the peaceful riverbank of Ammoudia, you’ll find several charming cafés with waterfront views, ideal for a slow morning coffee and breakfast under the trees.
Yes - every room and apartment at Villa Andreas has its own air conditioning unit, so you can stay cool and comfortable, even on the warmest summer days.
